In this section you can get to know about the condition of our device repair (date when repair starts, fulfilled services, cost of used spares and accessories and etc.) and also to agree to or refuse from the repair in case of a non-guaranteed repair and if the cost of repair is evaluated by an engineer.

Guaranteed repair is performed on condition of a correct and clear filling in of a guarantee receipt.

Guarantee obligations are not valid for the good if the following facts occurred to it (the cases of paid repair):

-          Not careful maintenance on customer’s behalf, accident, natural disaster and force majeure;

-          Modification and use of equipment and software of the good in the way different from the one described in user’s manual that is included into the package unless the indicated actions were performed by the representative of the producer’s authorized service center.

-          Opening of the phone unless it was opened by the representative of the producer’s authorized service center.

-          Absence, modification or damage of serial numbers on the phone and also their incompliance to the numbers that are kept in the electronic version in the phone’s memory.

-          Use of the good in the industrial or commercial purposes and also for other purposes not indicated in the user’s manual.

-          Affect of liquids or their concentrated fume on the good;

-          Ingress into the good of the substance that is not its compound element;

-          Mechanical ingress on the good (for example, deformation, falling);

-          Affect of the material on the good, its destruction or damage by thermal, chemical or other ways, and also by the affect of external fields;

Terms of the guarantee do not provide for cleaning of video-heads and spare parts of tape drive device attaching to the tape in the audio- and video equipment , replacement of consumables (drum unit, toner and etc.) in the office equipment, replacement of accumulators (in radio phones, video cameras, players, etc.) and also precautions of the hardware. At client’s wish, such defects can be corrected for additional payment.
